Terms of Service
PickTid Terms of Service
Effective date: May 29, 2026
These Terms of Service govern your use of PickTid. By using PickTid, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
1. The service
PickTid helps users create open time slots, share public profile links, receive scheduling requests, connect Google Calendar, and create or manage confirmed booking events.
2. Accounts
You may need to sign in with Google, Apple, or another supported authentication provider. You are responsible for keeping your account secure and for activity that occurs through your account.
3. Calendar connection
If you connect Google Calendar, you authorize PickTid to request the calendar permissions needed to provide scheduling features, including checking availability and creating or updating booking events after your actions. You can revoke Google access from your Google Account settings.
4. User content
You are responsible for the content you add to PickTid, including profile information, slot details, images, request messages, and meeting links. Do not upload or share content that is unlawful, harmful, misleading, abusive, infringing, or violates another person's rights.
5. Public profile and sharing
PickTid may let you share a public profile link. Information you choose to publish on your profile may be visible to others. Private calendar event details are not intended to be displayed on your public profile.
6. Subscriptions and paid benefits
PickTid may offer paid subscriptions through Apple In-App Purchase. Apple handles payment, renewal, cancellation, and refund processing according to Apple's terms. Subscription benefits may include increased scheduling limits, additional templates, or no-ads benefits while your subscription is active. You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID subscription settings.
7. Advertising
PickTid currently keeps production ads disabled by default. If ads are enabled later, free accounts may see limited advertising placements, and paid active accounts are intended to keep ads disabled. Advertising behavior may depend on consent, platform settings, and regional rules.
8. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse PickTid, interfere with the service, attempt to access data you are not allowed to access, reverse engineer the app where prohibited, use the service for spam or abuse, or violate applicable law or platform rules.
9. Third-party services
PickTid integrates with third-party services such as Google, Firebase, Apple, and Google Mobile Ads if ads are enabled. Your use of those services may also be subject to their own terms and privacy policies.
10. Availability and changes
We may update, suspend, or discontinue parts of PickTid at any time. We try to keep the service reliable, but we do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or available at all times.
11. Disclaimers
PickTid is provided "as is" and "as available" to the fullest extent permitted by law. We disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement where allowed by law.
12. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, PickTid will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, goodwill, or business opportunities arising from your use of the service.
13. Termination
You may stop using PickTid at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if we believe you violated these Terms, created risk for other users, or used the service unlawfully.
14. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the effective date and provide notice as required by law or platform rules.
