PickTid Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how PickTid collects, uses, stores, and protects information when you use the PickTid mobile app and related services. If you have questions, contact us at [email protected].
PickTid is a scheduling app. We use calendar access to help you find available time, avoid conflicts, and create confirmed booking events. We do not show private calendar details on your public profile.
Information we collect
Account information
When you sign in, we may receive your account identifier, display name, email address, profile photo, and authentication provider information from Google, Apple, or Firebase Authentication.
Profile and scheduling content
PickTid stores information you add to the app, such as your public profile display name, bio, avatar, open slots, slot images, topics, meeting links, request messages, booking status, and scheduling preferences.
Google Calendar data
If you connect Google Calendar, PickTid requests limited Calendar API access so the app can check busy/free information, read events from calendars you own when needed to detect conflicts, and create or update booking events after you accept a scheduling request.
PickTid uses Google Calendar data only to provide and improve scheduling features in the app. PickTid does not sell Google user data, does not use Google Calendar data for advertising, and does not transfer Google Calendar data to third parties except as necessary to provide the app, comply with law, or with your direction.
PickTid's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
Device, notification, and technical data
We may process device push notification tokens, app version, device type, operating system information, error logs, backend logs, and similar technical data to deliver notifications, keep the service reliable, and investigate issues.
Subscription and purchase data
If you subscribe through Apple In-App Purchase, Apple processes your payment. PickTid receives subscription status and transaction identifiers needed to unlock paid benefits, process restores, and keep entitlements accurate.
Advertising and consent data
PickTid currently keeps production ads disabled by default. The app includes controls for possible future advertising using Google Mobile Ads. If ads are enabled, PickTid may process advertising consent status, ad interaction data, and related device identifiers where permitted by law and platform rules. Paid active accounts are intended to keep ads disabled.
How we use information

- Check calendar availability and reduce scheduling conflicts.
- Create, update, and manage booking events after user actions.
- Send request, booking, and reminder notifications.
- Provide subscription benefits and restore purchases.
- Protect the service, troubleshoot bugs, and respond to support requests.
- Comply with legal, platform, and security obligations.
How we share information
We do not sell personal information. We may share limited information with service providers that help us operate PickTid, such as Firebase, Google APIs, Apple App Store services, and Google Mobile Ads if ads are enabled. These providers process data according to their own terms and privacy practices. We may also disclose information if required by law, to protect users or the service, or as part of a business transfer.
Public profile visibility
Your public profile may show information you choose to publish, such as display name, avatar, bio, and open slots. Your private calendar event details are not displayed on your public profile.
Data retention and deletion
We keep information while your account is active or as needed to provide PickTid, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and maintain security. You can delete your account in the app where available, or contact us at [email protected] for help with deletion or privacy requests.
Your choices
- You can choose whether to connect Google Calendar.
- You can revoke Google account access from your Google Account settings.
- You can manage notification permissions in iOS Settings.
- You can manage subscriptions through your Apple ID subscription settings.
- You can contact support for account or privacy questions.
Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information, including authentication, access controls, Firebase security rules, and secure transport. No method of storage or transmission is completely secure.
Children
PickTid is not intended for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
International processing
Your information may be processed in countries other than your own, depending on where our service providers operate.
Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the effective date and provide notice as required by law or platform rules.
