Sign-in

PickTid supports Sign in with Google and Sign in with Apple. If sign-in fails, check your internet connection and try again. If the problem continues, contact support with the sign-in method you used.

Google Calendar connection

PickTid asks for Google Calendar permissions step by step: checking your free/busy time when you connect your calendar, and creating booking events on your own calendar after you accept a request. You can review or revoke PickTid's access at any time from your Google Account connections page. If busy times stop appearing in the app, open the Calendar tab and use "Sync again", or disconnect and reconnect your calendar.

Time slots and booking requests

Hosts create open time slots from the Calendar tab; guests find a host's public profile and send a booking request. When the host accepts, the booking is confirmed and an event is created on the host's Google Calendar. If a request does not appear, pull down to refresh the Requests tab and check your connection.

Subscriptions and billing

PickTid Paid is an optional auto-renewable subscription purchased through Apple In-App Purchase. Payment, renewal, cancellation, and refunds are handled by Apple. You can manage or cancel your subscription in your device's Settings under your Apple Account subscriptions, and restore a previous purchase from the app's "Plan and paid options" screen. For refund requests, use reportaproblem.apple.com.

Delete your account and data

You can delete your PickTid account from the app: Settings > Delete account. This permanently removes your profile, time slots, requests, bookings, and uploaded images, and cannot be undone. See the Privacy Policy for details about the data we process.
